National Tobacco Enterprise (NTE) is one of Ethiopia’s major enterprises and taxpayers, as well as a significant employer, creating direct and indirect employment opportunities for more than 5,000 Ethiopians.

NTE is currently inviting qualified 2025/2026 fresh graduates to apply for several internship opportunities in Addis Ababa.

1. Sales Intern

Qualifications and Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and participate in field operations.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

2. Production Intern

Qualifications and Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Production Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working on the production floor.

3. Marketing Intern
