Role description
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
Provides customers with quotations
Negotiates the terms of an agreement and close sales
Gathers market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
Represents the Company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Identifies new markets and business opportunities
BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years and above experience in Sales
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent customer handing skill.
Attention to detail.
Good Computer Skill
