Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Assist customers with purchases and process payments using POS systems when required.
Handle cash and card transactions, refunds, and other sales activities.
Receive, unpack, organize, and restock merchandise.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain attractive product displays.
Promote special offers and recommend products to customers.
Follow company policies related to safety, security, and loss prevention.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:
Business Administration
Marketing
Management
Accounting
Economics
Hospitality
Tourism
Or other related disciplines
Minimum cumulative
CGPA of 3.40 or above
.
Recent graduates and candidates expected to graduate by
August 2026
