About Safety and Security
Key Responsibilities:
Manages day-to-day central operations, coordinates central guard rosters, and commands HO Shift Supervisors.
Holds the direct functional responsibility for supervising the physical facility security and compound safety parameters of the Headquarters.
Holds the sole mandate to design, update, and execute all specialized institutional security training frameworks and capacity-building programs for the guard forces and commission staff.
Monitors and evaluates the technical security performance of the 13 City Office Safety and Security Officer.

Minimum Recruitment Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Minimum of 8 years of operational security management experience (Certified Trainer of Trainers [ToT] preferred).
