Position 1: Risk Management Officer I

Qualification: Diploma, BA, or BSc in Materials Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

• BA/BSc holders: At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Diploma holders: At least 5 years of relevant experience

Duty Station: Head Office

Position 2: Junior Underwriting Officer

Qualification: BA/BSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience. Teaching experience may also be considered.

Duty Station: Adama Branch

Position 3: Content & Graphics Officer II

Qualification: BA or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

• Degree holders: At least 3 years
• Diploma holders: At least 5 years

Required Skills:

• Adobe Photoshop and related design software
• Digital, social media, and print content creation
• Basic understanding of UI/UX
• Generative AI tools
• Video editing

Duty Station: Head Office

Position 4: Branch Manager I

Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience: At least 6 years of experience in insurance operations, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior-level position.

Duty Station: Bahir Dar Branch

Position 5: Underwriting Supervisor – Life Insurance

Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.

Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience working as an underwriter.

Duty Station: Head Office
