OUR WORK IN ETHIOPIA
Since the early 1970s, we have been working to address the underlying causes of poverty and marginalization by focusing on developing sustainable livelihoods, providing water and sanitation, agriculture, climate research, gender, and humanitarian issues.
TEAM PURPOSE
: Facilitate main contract and grantmanagement activities, as well as partnership management, in accordance with the country’s overarching vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
JOB PURPOSE:
Support the Business Development and Funding Team in the main contract and grantmanagement activities, as well as partnership management.
EXPERIENCE OR PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
The company/ individual(s) should have the following competencies:
Essential
Relevant academic or professional qualifications in graphic design, video production, animation, digital media, or content production.
Demonstrated experience working with Oxfam, NGOs, or within development and humanitarian settings.
At least three years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, video production, animation, content creation, or related fields.
Strong understanding of gender and mental health issues, including the local context and sensitivities surrounding these topics.
Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic, both written and spoken.
