Smile Specialty Dental Clinic is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to apply for three job opportunities in Addis Ababa. The available positions are Receptionist, Marketing Officer, and Customer Service Manager.

Position 1: Receptionist

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of relevant receptionist experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Friendly, professional, and presentable personality.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or dental environment is an advantage.
  • Strong computer and digital skills are mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
  • Ability to work with appointment scheduling systems, patient records, communication platforms, and other administrative software.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Marketing Officer

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Creative approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assignments on time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools.
  • Healthcare or dental industry experience is an advantage.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Customer Service Manager

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant customer service management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing customer service teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Good computer and reporting skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or dental services is an advantage.
