Position 1: Receptionist Cashier

📍 Duty Station: Adama

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in reception, cashier, or similar roles.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Good command of local languages and spoken English.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good telephone communication and computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Family Planning and Reproductive Health is an advantage.
• Must support pro-choice values.

Position 2: Senior Facility Engineer

📍 Duty Station: MSIE Support Office

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management (CoTM), Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering fields.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
  • Facility engineering
  • Construction supervision
  • Project management
  • Building maintenance
  • Related areas

Position 3: Pediatrician

📍 Duty Station: Arada

Educational Qualification

• MD Degree with specialization in Pediatrics.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Knowledge of Ministry of Health and donor guidelines.
• Understanding of government, MSI, and MSIE policies.
• Knowledge of counseling approaches and patient care.
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Pro-choice.

Position 4: Lab Technologist

📍 Duty Station: Arada

Educational Qualification

• BSc Degree in Laboratory Technology.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Ability to guide others and maintain professional standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accurate laboratory result recording skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Position 5: Obstetrician/Gynecologist

📍 Duty Station: Bahir Dar

Educational Qualification

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent).
• Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid professional medical license.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Experience managing high-risk pregnancies and performing gynecological procedures.
• Experience in patient counseling and health education.
