Position: Real Estate Sales Officer

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.

Experience

• Junior-level applicants with 0–2 years of experience in real estate sales are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Telemarketing and sales skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's residential and commercial properties.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Identify potential clients and maintain accurate customer records.
• Conduct field visits and customer surveys within assigned areas.
• Achieve daily sales targets set by the company.
• Submit daily reports on customer follow-ups and sales activities.
• Plan and monitor personal sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
