1. Purchasing Manager

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Manager, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.

Additional Requirements

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and purchasing systems.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing policies and procurement strategies.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, supplier contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor market trends and evaluate supplier performance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality concerns, shortages, and delivery delays.

2. Security Manager

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Strong knowledge of security systems, CCTV surveillance, access control, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to assess security risks and implement effective security strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and security management software.
• Fluency in English.
