Position 1: Property Administrator

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Property & Supplies Management
  • Facility Management
  • Or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a healthcare institution is highly preferred.

Required Competencies

• Extensive experience in fixed and movable asset management.
• Strong knowledge of asset registration, receiving, issuing, inventory control, and record management.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.

Position 2: Import Technical Manager

Educational Qualification

• BSc Degree in Pharmacy.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Required Competencies

• Experience serving as a Pharmaceutical Import Technical Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA) directives.
• Strong understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory compliance.

Position 3: Financial Planning & Analyst

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in:
  • Accounting & Finance
  • Economics
  • Business Management
  • Business Administration
• MBA or MSc is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Required Competencies

• Annual budgeting and financial planning.
• Financial forecasting.
• Budget variance analysis.
• Financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position 4: Hotel Manager (The vacancy announcement lists this as Financial Planning & Analyst, but the qualification and responsibilities indicate a Hotel Management role.)

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Required Competencies

• Experience managing hotels, restaurants, cafés, or similar hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Operational and administrative management experience.

Position 5: Import Technical Manager (Supply Chain)

Educational Qualification

• BSc Degree in Pharmacy with an MSc in Supply Chain Management.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Required Competencies

• Experience as a Pharmaceutical Import Technical Manager.
• Strong knowledge of EFDA regulations.
• Good understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
• Pharmaceutical supply chain management experience.

Salary

• Salary will be offered according to the Hospital's salary scale.
