Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) Summer Camp 2026 – Program Trainee Opportunity

The Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) is inviting applications for its Summer Camp 2026, a two-week intensive learning program designed for outstanding university students and recent graduates. The program provides participants with foundational knowledge of Ethiopia's capital market through expert-led training and practical exposure.

Top-performing participants will have the opportunity to undertake internships across ECMA departments, gaining hands-on experience with the Authority's operations, regulatory processes, and organizational culture. The program aims to develop future professionals for Ethiopia's growing capital market while promoting merit, inclusivity, and gender diversity.

Eligibility Requirements

For University Students

Applicants must:

  • Be final-year undergraduate students.
  • Be studying Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Law, Information Technology/Computer Science, Statistics, Journalism & Communication, or other related fields.

For Young Professionals

Applicants must:

  • Be graduates of the 2025 or 2026 academic year.
  • Have graduated within the last one year.
  • Hold a degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Law, Information Technology/Computer Science, Statistics, Journalism & Communication, or a related discipline.

Academic Requirements

  • Male applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.5.
  • Female applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.3.
