EASE Engineering PLC is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the following positions in Addis Ababa.

Position 1: Junior Geotechnical Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong academic background, particularly in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of geotechnical investigations, foundation design, bearing capacity, and settlement analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn, work under supervision, and travel to project sites.
• Knowledge of Eurocode 7 and Ethiopian Building Codes is an advantage.
• Experience with PLAXIS, GeoStudio, or similar geotechnical software is an added advantage.

Position 2: Junior Architect

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Good understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare architectural drawings.

Required Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
• Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar visualization software
• Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of BIM workflows is an advantage.
