• Duty Station: Sheno, Ethiopia
• Reports To: Plant Manager

Educational Qualification

Applicants must possess a:

• BSc or MSc Degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Food Engineering, or a closely related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in dairy processing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience in a production environment.

Required Skills

Candidates should have:

• Strong knowledge of dairy processing operations.
• Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and food safety management systems.
• Experience with production planning and applying systematic production processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage production teams and maintain quality and operational efficiency.
