Key Responsibilities
Visit existing and potential customers daily to promote and sell the company's aluminum and cookware products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and corporate customers.
Collect customer orders and ensure timely follow-up for delivery.
Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
Ensure proper product display and merchandising at customer outlets.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and customer visit reports.
Follow up on outstanding customer payments in coordination with the finance department.
Represent the company professionally and uphold its values at all times.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing,  Business Management, or another related field.
Minimum of
2 years of proven experience
in outdoor sales, FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Good planning, reporting, and time management skills.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
