Position 1: IT Support / IT Technician

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree holders: 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Diploma holders: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues.
• Assist in maintaining network systems and IT infrastructure.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and software.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and system records.

Required Skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to change.

Position 2: Optometrist

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Optometry.
• Valid professional license.

Experience

• 0–1 year of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify spectacle lens prescriptions and optical measurements.
• Inspect finished lenses to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on ophthalmic lenses, coatings, and materials.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support investigations related to product quality issues.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with diagnostic and optometric equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
• Basic computer proficiency.
