1. Executive Secretary (1 Position)

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Information Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for Bachelor's degree holders or 5 years for Diploma holders.
Strong computer proficiency, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Excellent attention to detail
Basic accounting knowledge

2. Senior Accountant

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Prior experience in import and export businesses, cafés, or restaurants is highly preferred.
Strong computer, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Solid accounting knowledge

3. Food & Beverage (F&B) Cost Control Officer

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Professional certification in Cost Control or Accounting is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&B Cost Control Officer or Cost Analyst in a 3-star or 4-star hotel or the hospitality industry.
Experience in hotels or multi-outlet restaurants is preferred.
Familiarity with the Zooirya POS System is an added advantage.
