Sante Medical College is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for several academic, healthcare, administrative, counseling, and marketing positions.

1. Microbiologist

Qualification:

  • MSc in Medical Biology.
  • Entry-level applicants and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in clinical, hospital, or diagnostic microbiology laboratories is an advantage.

2. Executive Secretary

Qualification:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Executive Secretary, Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.

3. Quality Officer

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in a health-related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a lecturer position.

4. Lecturer / Assistant Professor

Qualification:

  • PhD in Nutrition or Public Health from a recognized institution.
  • Academic background in Nutrition at Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD level.

Minimum CGPA Requirements:

  • BSc: 3.50 or above for male candidates and 3.25 or above for female candidates.
  • MPH/MSc: CGPA of 3.50 or above, with a thesis grade of B+ or higher.

5. Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Officer

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, or a related field.
  • Valid certification in Infection Prevention and Control (IPC).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in IPC, public health, environmental health, or a related healthcare setting.

6. Guidance and Counseling

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Social Work.
  • Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field is preferred, particularly for senior roles.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in student counseling, guidance, mental health, or student affairs.
  • Experience in a higher education institution or healthcare environment is an advantage.

7. Marketing and Sales Officer

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in higher education, healthcare education, or recruitment-focused positions.
