Experience with well-known brands, internet companies, or the mobile phone industry is preferred.
Experience in media planning and utilization, particularly within African markets, is an advantage.
Proven ability to collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), MCNs, and celebrities to execute successful marketing campaigns.
Required Skills
Strong commercial strategy and strategic planning skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong networking and coordination skills.
Experience developing and executing large-scale marketing campaigns.
Excellent English communication and content writing skills.
Ability to identify industry trends and marketing opportunities.
Position 2: Channel Manager
Educational Qualification
BA or MA Degree in
Marketing, Business Administration
, or a related field.
Experience
5–8 years
of sales management experience.
Experience in the
mobile phone industry, electronics, or FMCG sector
is highly preferred.
Required Skills
Excellent Microsoft Office and data analysis skills.
Strong sales execution and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Staff coaching and team motivation abilities.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships.
Position 3: Sales Representative
Duty Station:
Addis Ababa
Educational Qualification
BA Degree in
Sales and Marketing
or a related field.
Experience
Minimum
2 years
of experience as a Sales Representative.
Experience in
electronics or television sales
is an added advantage.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Willingness to travel to meet customers when required.
