Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the Bank’s Partnership, MSME, and rural banking operations. The role focuses on expanding the bank’s MSME portfolio, ensuring effective credit administration, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing risks, and strengthening customer service. The position also involves supporting product implementation, business development, and providing technical guidance to branches and other business units.

Educational Requirement

• MA or Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

• A minimum of 9 years of relevant banking experience.
• At least 2 years in the position of Principal Partnership & MSME Officer or an equivalent role.
