Flipper International School is inviting qualified and motivated fresh graduates to apply for the position of Learning Assistant. The successful candidate will support teachers, assist in classroom activities, help organize learning resources, and contribute to creating an engaging educational environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in preparing teaching materials and classroom resources.
  • Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Help coordinate educational activities, events, and schedules.
  • Provide administrative support, including student record management and parent communication.
  • Encourage student participation through creative learning activities.
  • Assist with student assessment and progress evaluation.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for educational materials and student records.
  • Support the preparation of lesson plans and learning content.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Teaching license, registration, or PGDT certification (where required).
  • Previous teaching or classroom support experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic classroom management and organizational abilities.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and educational technology tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Excellent command of the language of instruction, especially English.
