Educational Background
Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, Applied Chemistry, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualifications in Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Quality Management, or related disciplines are an added advantage.
Work Experience
Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in laboratory operations, quality control, quality assurance, research and development, or industrial testing environments.
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, construction materials, cement, industrial products, pharmaceuticals, food processing, or related industries is advantageous.
Experience in laboratory management, testing procedures, quality control systems, and technical reporting.
Familiarity with product testing, raw material inspection, process quality control, and finished product verification.
Knowledge of national and international quality standards, testing methodologies, and laboratory best practices.
Experience with laboratory equipment calibration, method validation, and quality management systems is preferred.
