Position: Junior Pharmacist

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.

Experience

• 0–1 year of dispensing or related pharmacy experience.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy software and other digital tools for order processing and tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications in accordance with professional standards.
• Ensure all medications are dispensed accurately and safely based on the prescriber's instructions.
• Review patient information and medication history before dispensing medicines.
• Maintain ethical and professional pharmacy practice at all times.
• Follow pharmacy opening, closing, inventory, and record-keeping procedures.
• Process medication orders accurately while complying with dispensing protocols.
• Report medication errors or incidents promptly and support corrective actions.
• Assist customers professionally and respond to medication-related inquiries.
• Support inventory management and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.
