is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and competent
Junior Nurse
to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will provide safe, high-quality nursing care, support physicians and senior nurses in patient management, and contribute to delivering exceptional patient-centered healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards.
Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health promotion.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality improvement standards.
Respond appropriately to patient emergencies and clinical changes.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Requirements
BSc Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid Ethiopian Professional License.
Minimum
2 years
of clinical nursing experience.
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered care.
