Temer Properties is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the following positions:
1. Junior Functional Consultant
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience. Internship or academic project experience will be considered.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, with familiarity with Odoo considered an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to ERP solutions or other business applications.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with business operations such as Finance, Human Resources, Inventory, and related functions.
- Basic technical knowledge of Python and XML is an asset but not mandatory.

2. Associate Functional Consultant
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with custom-built or in-house business systems.
- Basic understanding of Odoo development using Python and XML.
- Experience in business process improvement or business analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative software development methodologies.
- Experience providing internal ERP user support.
- Hands-on functional or techno-functional experience with Odoo ERP.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, including Finance, Inventory, Human Resources, Procurement, and related operations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting ERP-related issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with non-technical users.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
