| The Junior Functional Consultant will assist in supporting and improving Temer’s internally developed ERP system based on Odoo and other custom applications. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates’ eager to build experience in ERP systems, business processes, and user support. . | |
| Key responsibilities | |
| – Provide first-level support to internal users (issue logging, basic troubleshooting). – Assist in configuring and maintaining Odoo modules. – Support implementation of new features and system updates. – Help document business requirements and system processes. – Assist in testing system changes before deployment. – Escalate complex issues to senior team members or developers. – Prepare basic user guides and training materials. – Support data entry, data cleanup, and report generation. – Participate in user training sessions and workshops. | |
| Job Requirements | |
| Education | – Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field. |
| Experience | – 0–2 years of experience (internship or project experience is acceptable). – Basic understanding of ERP systems (especially Odoo is a plus). |
