Position 1: Junior Datacenter Attendant

Educational Qualification

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Only graduates of 2024 or 2025 G.C. are eligible to apply.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
• Applicants must have passed the Exit Exam.

Experience

• No prior work experience is required.

Additional Requirements

• Maximum age: 30 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor data center and disaster recovery (DR) systems.
• Assist in equipment installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Install and label data center cables.
• Report security incidents and support daily operations.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Junior Attorney

Educational Qualification

• LL.B Degree in Law.
• Graduates of 2024 or 2025 G.C.
• Exit Exam certificate is mandatory.

Experience

• No prior work experience is required.

Additional Requirements

• Maximum age: 30 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to branches and departments.
• Prepare legal documents and court submissions.
• Represent the bank before courts and other legal institutions.
• Handle legal notices and debt recovery cases.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Senior Attorney

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5.5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the bank in court proceedings.
• Prepare legal claims, appeals, and legal notices.
• Handle debt recovery and judgment execution.
• Provide legal support on banking-related matters.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 4: Associate Loan Officer II

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years as Associate Loan Officer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and supporting documents.
• Assist customers throughout the loan process.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Monitor loan processing and documentation.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 5: Treasury Officer

Educational Qualification

• BA, MA, or MBA in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 3.5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Process treasury investment transactions.
• Perform treasury account reconciliations.
• Monitor liquidity and prepare treasury reports.
• Coordinate with the National Bank of Ethiopia and other financial institutions.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 6: Manager, Capital Market and Investor Relations Division

Educational Qualification

• BA, MA, or MBA in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Experience

• Minimum 7.5 years (Bachelor's Degree) or 9.5 years (Master's Degree) of relevant banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead capital market and fundraising initiatives.
• Manage investor relations and bond issuance activities.
• Coordinate sustainable finance and Gender Bond programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with investors, regulators, and development partners.
