Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer

Duty Station: Mekelle

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide information about training programs, tuition fees, and services through phone, Telegram, and face-to-face communication.
• Handle daily customer service and call center activities.
• Support Independent Business Owners (IBOs) by preparing meeting spaces.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries.
• Assist with office tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and documentation.
• Report customer service issues to supervisors and perform additional assigned duties.

Position 2: Assistant Teacher – Fiker Askuala School

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education from Debre Berhan Teachers College or Kotebe Teachers Education University.

Experience

• Relevant experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in classroom instruction.
• Prepare learning materials and organize classrooms.
• Support children's learning and classroom activities.
• Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain student records and communicate with parents.

Position 3: Main Teacher – Fiker Askuala School

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education from Kotebe University or Debre Berhan Teachers College.

Experience

• Relevant teaching experience is preferred.
