Position: Junior Business Development & Digital Operations Assistant
Role Purpose
Support diverse business activities including business development, tender support, customer follow‑up, online service platforms, digital marketing, social media management, and office coordination . This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals seeking practical experience in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and follow up with potential customers. Prepare customer lists, records, and feedback reports. Support tender processes: document preparation, submission, and compliance. Assist in online business opportunities and freelance platform applications. Prepare and manage social media posts, captions, and customer inquiries. Organize promotional materials and support digital marketing activities. Maintain records of customers, tenders, suppliers, and opportunities. Prepare simple letters, emails, tables, and reports. Ensure confidentiality of company information and support daily operations.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Office Management, IT, Communication, or related fields. Good written and spoken English and Amharic. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PDF, email, internet research). Ability to use social media platforms professionally. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Fresh graduates and junior applicants are encouraged to apply.
