Degree in Teaching , Education , Social Work , Early Childhood Education/Development , or related fields Cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 or higher Excellent written communication in Amharic and English Functional Amharic typing and editing skills (tested early in selection) Strong interest in supporting caregivers and families with young children Willingness to participate in supervised family/community support activities Openness to testing Tsehai tools, trainings, and products with real users
