🎯 Job Objective
To protect the Bank from legal vulnerabilities by providing legal analysis, drafting legal advice for credit processes, and ensuring compliance with all legally required documents.
🛠 Main Duties & Responsibilities
Design and prepare loan , pledge/mortgage , and related contracts Ensure legal compliance for all borrower and pledger/mortgagor contracts Verify legality of borrowers and pledgers/mortgagors based on updated laws and bank procedures Draft legal opinions and submit to the Manager, Legal Credit Evaluate legal requirements of previous contracts Review contracts for completeness and sign them Review registration appropriateness of mortgage contracts and collateral insurance policies Follow up on limitation periods of mortgage contracts for timely action Check documents for safe custody Prepare weekly and monthly reports Track legal defects and recommend corrective measures Collaborate with credit performers Provide prompt legal opinions Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
