Position 1: Junior Architect (Fresh Graduate)

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Architecture and Urban Planning or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience

• Fresh graduates (0 years of experience) are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in an architectural firm or construction company is an advantage.

Position 2: Senior Risk & Compliance Officer

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Educational Qualification

• BA or MA in Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Risk Management or Compliance-related certification is an advantage.

Experience

• MA/MSc: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• BA: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in risk management, compliance, and internal controls is required.

Position 3: Fleet Dispatch Officer (Maternity Cover)

Duty Station: Gelan

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or another relevant social science field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in fleet operations, logistics, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain management.

• Adaptability.

Position 4: Project Manager – Genetic Improvement (Oro Meat Program)

Duty Station: Adami Tullu

Educational Qualification

• Master's Degree (MSc) in Animal Breeding, Animal Science, Genetics, or a closely related discipline.
• A PhD in Quantitative Genetics or Livestock Breeding is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience managing livestock breeding or agricultural projects.
• Experience with Community-Based Breeding Programs (CBBPs), Artificial Insemination (AI), or genomic selection projects is highly desirable.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of livestock breeding and genetic improvement.
• Project management.
• Certification in poultry production or animal welfare is an advantage.

Position 5: General Manager – Genetic Improvement

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Educational Qualification

• Master's or PhD in Animal Breeding and Genetics.

Alternative Qualifications

• Animal Science with specialization in Animal Breeding.
• Quantitative Genetics.
• Livestock Genomics.
• Veterinary Medicine with postgraduate specialization in Animal Breeding, Genetics, or Reproductive Biotechnology.

Experience

• MSc: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• PhD: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in livestock breeding, genetic improvement, breeding program design, genetic evaluation, and project leadership.

Required Skills

• Leadership and strategic management.
• Experience with breeding databases and genetic analysis.
• Certification in poultry production or animal welfare is an added advantage.
