Position 1: Junior Accountant

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, or another related field.

Experience:

• 0–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Previous experience in a Private Limited Company (PLC) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting software is preferred.

Position 2: Senior Software Developer (Full Stack)

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.

Technical Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, or .NET Core.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB databases.
• Experience developing RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

Working Conditions

• Office-based position with possible remote work flexibility.
• Extended working hours may be required during major project phases.

Duty Station

Addis Ababa, Jimma, or other project locations.

Position 3: Senior Software Program Tester

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A Master's Degree is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 5–8 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Minimum of 2 years in a senior or team lead testing role.

Position 4: Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's Degree is advantageous.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, software engineering, or software testing.
• Experience testing enterprise-level applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of test automation and quality management processes.

Position 5: Senior Marketing / Tender Management Specialist

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in tender management or strategic marketing.
• Proven track record of preparing successful competitive bids, preferably in the ICT or digital technology industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement procedures and tender regulations.
• Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
