Established in 2012, Lucy Insurance S.C. was founded by 39 shareholders with business interests in different sectors. The company began operations with a paid-up capital of ETB 8,035,000.

1. Junior Accountant

Work Location: Addis Ababa

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a recognized university or college.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in an accounting position.
• Good computer skills and general computer literacy.

2. Principal Accountant

Work Location: Addis Ababa

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a recognized university.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience working in an accounting position.
• Good computer skills and computer literacy.

3. Branch Manager I

Work Location: Addis Ababa

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance operations.
• At least 2 years of the experience should be in a supervisory or senior-level position.
• Computer literacy is required.

4. Branch Manager III

Work Location: Addis Ababa

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position.
• Good computer skills and computer literacy.
