Bilcor Institute of Leadership Coaching and Research is inviting qualified and motivated professionals to join its team. Position 1: Junior Accountant

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
  • Understanding of Ethiopian tax regulations and accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of documentation, filing, and withholding tax compliance.

Position 2: Finance and Administration Head

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and administration.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is required.
  • Previous experience managing finance and administrative functions is highly preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control.
  • Good understanding of Ethiopian tax, labor, and financial regulations.
  • Experience with accounting systems and ERP software is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
