Role description

Segon-Marill International Movers is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the following job opportunities in Addis Ababa.

BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
No prior work experience is required.
Familiarity with spreadsheets and computerized accounting systems is an advantage.
Ability to accurately organize, review, count, and verify financial information.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and complete assignments efficiently.
Good written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar, proofreading, and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work independently with initiative and a positive attitude.
Good judgment, common sense, and attention to detail are required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA are an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting or Management Accounting.
Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, relocation, or supply chain organizations is highly desirable.

Location: Addis Ababa

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, data analysis, performance management, or a similar position.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
Experience using Power BI or other business intelligence and data visualization tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
Experience developing and monitoring KPIs and performance dashboards.
Good understanding of business processes and operational efficiency.
Strong report-writing, communication, and presentation skills.
