Dodai Manufacturing Plc. is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the following vacant positions.

Position 1: Junior Accountant

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Up to six months of experience in accounting, cashiering, or financial operations will be considered an advantage.

Required Competencies

• Strong numerical and mathematical skills.
• Good computer proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

Preferred Skills

• Financial reporting.
• Cash register operation.
• Customer service orientation.

Position 2: Assembly Technician

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or
• TVET qualification in a relevant technical discipline.

Experience

• University graduates: Minimum of 1 year of relevant factory experience.
• TVET graduates: Minimum of 2 years of relevant factory experience.
• Previous experience assembling similar products such as electric two-wheelers (E2W) or electric three-wheelers (E3W) is mandatory.

Required Competencies

• Good understanding of factory machinery and production equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Preferred Skills

• Technical proficiency.
