Educational Requirement

Applicants must have:

• Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Intern will support the organization's Level 1 IT operations and assist with a variety of technical tasks, including:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware and software.
• Setting up software on desktop computers and laptops.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Assisting with network cable installation and maintenance.
• Responding to user support requests and providing basic technical assistance.
• Supporting hardware and software inventory management.
• Performing routine maintenance on IT equipment.
• Troubleshooting printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Assisting in gathering user requirements and preparing IT-related reports.
• Providing day-to-day technical support to staff experiencing IT issues.
