Position: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits. Ensure protocol compliance, data quality, and patient safety. Support and track patient recruitment and enrollment. Deliver study‑related training and maintain communication with site staff. Review site documentation and ensure TMF/ISF compliance. Document monitoring activities and follow‑up actions. Collaborate with project teams for successful study execution. Support study start‑up and site financial management activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum 2 years of independent on‑site monitoring. Specialization: Oncology therapeutic experience required. Knowledge: ICH‑GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations. Skills: Strong organizational and time‑management abilities Effective written and verbal communication in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard technology tools Ability to build strong relationships with sites, colleagues, and clients
