TDBG is engaged in import and export, coffee processing and export, manufacturing, transportation, labeling, printing, and packaging. The company exports Ethiopian coffee to the United States, Europe, the Middle East, South Korea, and China while continuously expanding its manufacturing and supply chain operations.

The company is currently seeking qualified and motivated professionals for the following positions.

Position 1: Corporate Business Development Senior Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research in local and international markets.
• Identify new business and investment opportunities.
• Analyze competitors, customer needs, and market trends.
• Prepare feasibility studies, surveys, and research reports.
• Support market expansion and business growth initiatives.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and strategic reports.

Qualification

• BA or MA Degree in:
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Economics
  • Management
  • Related fields

Experience

• BA: Minimum 6 years
• MA: Minimum 4 years

Experience in business development within manufacturing, import/export, or corporate organizations is required.
