Position 2: Junior Local Logistics and Procurement Officer
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong numerical and computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or mobility industries.
- Familiarity with tools such as WhatsApp, Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace.

Position 3: Procurement Officer
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or telecommunications industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of procurement procedures, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
- Experience negotiating high-value contracts.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Position 4: Customer Experience (CX) Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer experience, after-sales service, or service operations.
- Previous leadership experience managing customer-facing teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and process improvement skills.
- Fluency in Amharic and English.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Position 5: Battery Hardware Team Lead / Engineer
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in battery systems or mechanical engineering.
- Strong understanding of high-voltage electrical systems and contactors.
- Skilled in using testing equipment such as multimeters, IR meters, and DAQ devices.
- Knowledge of safety standards and certification procedures.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
Position 6: Senior Accountant
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Position 7: Warehouse Supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Cin7.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Position 8: Accounting / Finance Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience in manufacturing.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience.
- Experience leading internal, external, and tax audits.
- Good knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
Position 9: Master Charging Station Supervisor / Electrical Team Lead
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma, TVET, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, technical operations, or charging facility supervision.
- Team leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience with lithium batteries or energy systems is an advantage.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
Position 10: Junior Field Marketing Representative
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–6 months of relevant experience in field sales, customer service, or promotional activities.
- Excellent communication skills in Amharic and conversational English.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
