Position Summary
The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for supporting the company's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, personnel administration, performance management, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters and provide HR administrative support.
Prepare HR reports and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of
2 years of relevant work experience
.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
