Available Positions:

1. Human Capital and Facility Management Department Director

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Employment Type: Permanent (after probation period)
Salary: Birr 99,691 gross/month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic human capital and facility management initiatives.
• Develop HR policies, systems, procedures, and performance management frameworks.
• Manage recruitment, retention, staff development, and organizational culture transformation.
• Establish modern HR systems aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee staff capacity building and leadership development programs.
• Ensure effective management of offices, facilities, and operational resources.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 10/12 years of relevant work experience.
• 5/7 years of experience in managerial positions.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.

2. Procurement and Customs Clearance Division Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Employment Type: Permanent (after probation period)
Salary: Birr 79,473 + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement and customs clearance operations.
• Ensure transparent, efficient, and cost-effective purchasing processes.
• Oversee local and international procurement activities.
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement systems.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate customs clearance of imported goods and humanitarian supplies.
• Support procurement planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management, Materials Management, Marketing Management, Management, or Business Administration.
• 8/10 years of relevant experience.
• 4/6 years in managerial positions.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations.
