Job Summary
The HR & Talent Intern will support the HR function under the supervision of an HR Officer. The role involves assisting with talent acquisition, onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, attendance tracking, reporting, employee engagement, employer branding, and compliance.
No prior work experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Coordination
Assist with job postings and CV screening Coordinate interview schedules Communicate with candidates Maintain recruitment trackers
Onboarding & Offboarding
Support preparation of onboarding documents and packs Coordinate equipment and system setup Ensure required documentation is completed accurately and on time
Employee Records & Data Management
Maintain accurate physical and digital employee files Organize personal data, contracts, performance records, and confidential HR documents
HR Documentation & Policy Support
Assist with employment letters, contract templates, offer letters, and HR forms Maintain systematic documentation for audit readiness
Attendance, Leave & Reporting
Track daily attendance Maintain leave records Compile monthly HR reports covering headcount, leave utilization, and other people-related metrics
Employee Relations & Engagement
Support internal events and recognition programs Assist with employee communications Support LinkedIn content and employer branding materials
HR Compliance & Process Support
Assist with document filing Follow up on submission deadlines Support HR operational and administrative activities
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
Applicants must be recent graduates. Graduates from any field of study may apply, including:
