Education Requirements
Degree at the RN level in Nursing or a Diploma/Certificate equivalent from an accredited School of Nursing. Must possess and maintain a valid nursing license or a current unrestricted Registered Nursing license from the host nation, the United States, or a third country.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification clinical work as a professional nurse within the last 10 years.
Language Requirements
Good working knowledge of English in speaking, reading, and writing. Fluent Amharic in speaking, reading, and writing. Language skills may be tested.

2️⃣ Physician (Part-time)
Education Requirements
Medical Degree from an accredited Medical School. Completion of appropriate postgraduate internship, residency, or fellowship. Must possess and maintain a current, valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine within the host country, country of citizenship, or the United States.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience after postgraduate training in primary care, including: Family Medicine Emergency Medicine Pediatrics Internal Medicine At least 50% of the provider’s time during that period must have involved direct patient care.
Language Requirements
Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing. Fluent Amharic in speaking, reading, and writing. Language skills may be tested.

Master’s degree, or host-country equivalent, in: Public Health Health Policy Epidemiology
Experience
Minimum 3 years of mid- to senior-level public health experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating public health programs or other relevant public health programs involving coordination with an international agency or implementing partner.
