International Clinical Laboratories (ICL) is inviting qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following positions in Addis Ababa.

1. HR Officer

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar HR or administrative position.
• Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or in a related human resources/administrative role.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
• Practical experience working with HRIS or HRMS systems.
• Basic understanding of Ethiopian labor laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

2. Sales Officer

Educational Requirements

Applicants should have one of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; or
• A degree in Laboratory Science or another relevant medical field.

Experience and Skills

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar sales position.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
