About the Role
Hongtai Metal Manufacturing PLC is seeking a dedicated and organized HR & Office Clerk to support its Human Resources and office administration functions. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and managing general office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes. Manage attendance and leave records. Perform general office administration, filing, and record‑keeping. Prepare reports and provide administrative support to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and office administration. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferably residing in or around Kality.
