The company is seeking a results-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in human resources and general administration.

Position: HR & General Services (GS) Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's Degree is considered an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
• Strong understanding of Ethiopian Labor Proclamation and modern HR management practices.
• Experience working with HRIS or ERP systems is an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
