1. HR and Talent Intern

Education: Recently completed a degree or diploma in any field, including Human Resource Management, Business, Management, Psychology, Engineering, IT, Arts, Science, Law, Education, Agriculture, Health Sciences, or other disciplines.

Experience: No prior work experience is required.

Requirements

3. Head of Procurement, Logistics and Property Administration

Location: Addis Ababa

Educational Requirements

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university is required.
• Master’s Degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (MBA), Project Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS/CIPS Diploma, CSCP, PMP, or construction/contract management certifications are advantageous.

Experience Requirements

• At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, supply chain management, logistics, or property administration.
• Significant experience in the construction or real estate development sector.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role overseeing procurement, supply chain, or logistics functions.
• Demonstrated experience procuring large volumes of construction materials, including earthwork materials, ready-mix concrete, reinforcement steel, formwork, and MEP materials.
• Proven experience in procurement governance, contract administration, supplier and vendor management, and procurement risk management.
• Experience coordinating procurement activities across multiple project sites and working with Engineering, Finance, and Project Management teams.
• Good understanding of Ethiopian procurement laws, regulations, and construction industry practices.
