ole and responsibilities of Head Project Monitoring
Establish monitoring frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics for all projects.
Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.
Track progress against scope, budget, and timelines.
Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Identify cost overruns and inefficiencies, and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure financial discipline and transparency in reporting.
Track project milestones and deadlines.
Identify risks of delays and escalate to leadership.
Prepare consolidated dashboards and reports for senior leadership and the board.
Provide insights into project health, risks, and resource utilization.
Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
MBA/Project Mgmt; PMP/Prince2
Experience=12-15yrs
